Pickup Service Instructions
Before you schedule a pickup, please read the following:
Order Minimum: There is a $20 minimum for all sharpening pickup orders.
This ensures we can provide pickup and delivery service efficiently for every customer.
Pickup Days
Pickups are available on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
These are the two days we run the sharpening route.
How to Schedule

Fill out the form completely.
Include your name, phone number, email, address, and the items you need sharpened. -
Choose your preferred pickup date.
Only eligible dates (Tuesdays or Fridays) will be accepted. -
List everything you are sending.
Knives, scissors, garden tools, clipper blades, and any other items you want sharpened. -
Add protective sleeves if needed.
Our sleeves are durable, reusable blade protectors — not disposable covers.
They keep your edges safe during transport and storage. You may add them for $2 each and we will size them appropriately.
Pickup Process
- Place your items in a clearly marked bag or box at the location you want us to pick up from.
- Make sure items are clean and safe to handle.
- You do not need to be home unless you prefer to hand them off in person.
Turnaround Time
Your items will be returned based on our route cycle:
• Picked up Tuesday → Returned Friday
• Picked up Friday → Returned Tuesday
Commercial Customers
If you are a business, please select Commercial on the form so we know to prioritize your turnaround window.
Communication
Once your order is submitted, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- A text message alert on the pickup day
